Acceptance
By visiting or using dragos.cc, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
What this site is
dragos.cc is the personal portfolio and blog of Dragos Constantin. It exists to show my work and share writing. The content is provided for information only and is not professional, legal, or financial advice.
Intellectual property
The design, code, text, and images on this site are mine unless stated otherwise, and they are not licensed for reuse simply by being published here. Please do not copy or redistribute them without asking first.
My open-source projects are a separate matter: each one is governed by the license in its own repository, and that license is what grants you rights to use it.
Acceptable use
The contact form and my inbox are there for genuine enquiries. Please do not use them to send spam, malware, unlawful content, or anything abusive, and do not try to probe, scan, or break the security of the site.
Email from this site is delivered through Resend and is subject to their acceptable use policy.
External links
The site links to third-party places such as GitHub and live project demos. I do not control those sites and I am not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Visiting them is at your own discretion.
Projects and products
Some projects I link to, including any paid products, run on their own separate terms and privacy policies. Those documents, not these terms, govern any account you create or purchase you make on them.
No warranty
The site is provided as is and as available. I do not guarantee that it will always be online, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current at any given moment.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or anything you find through it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law, read together with applicable European Union law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Romania.
Changes
I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
